Kormas A.Ş. took another step in line with the 2022 Strategic Plan by obtaining the Zero Waste Certificate.

The disposal of wastes without being evaluated in the recycling and recovery process causes serious resource losses in terms of both material and energy.

While the population and living standards in the world increase, there is an inevitable increase in consumption, which increases the pressure on our natural resources and disrupts the balance of the world, and our limited resources cannot keep up with the increasing needs.

Considering this situation, the importance of efficient use of natural resources becomes even more evident. For this reason, zero waste application studies have become widespread in both individual and corporate applications all over the world in recent years.

KORMAS INC. As part of our 2022 Strategic Plan, in line with our work carried out in line with our goal of “Producing environmentally sensitive and nature-friendly solutions for a sustainable world and a clean future”, it was published in the Official Gazette dated 12/07/2019 and numbered 30829. We are happy to share that we are entitled to receive our “Zero Waste Certificate” by establishing the Zero Waste Management System in accordance with the Zero Waste Regulation.

In this way, even in recycling only 1000 kg of paper waste, we will reduce the emission of 177 kg of greenhouse gas into the atmosphere, save 17 trees and save 4100 Kwh of energy.

We would also like to thank all of our employees who make the right choices and maintain the awareness they have acquired in the right sorting of waste practices in order to pass on the world we dream of to future generations.

Kormas A.Ş., Sıfır Atık Belgesi’ni alarak 2022 Stratejik Planı doğrultusunda bir adım daha attı.

Atıkların geri dönüşüm ve geri kazanım süreci içinde değerlendirilmeden bertarafı hem maddesel hem de enerji olarak ciddi kaynak kayıpları yaşanmasına neden olmaktadır.

Dünya üzerindeki nüfus ve yaşam standartları artarken tüketimde de kaçınılmaz şekilde bir artış yaşanmakta ve bu durum doğal kaynaklarımız üzerindeki baskıyı artırarak dünyanın dengesini bozmakta, sınırlı kaynaklarımız artan ihtiyaçlara yetişememektedir.

Bu durum göz önüne alındığında, doğal kaynakların verimli kullanılmasının önemi daha da ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu nedenledir ki son yıllarda tüm dünyada sıfır atık uygulama çalışmaları hem bireysel hem kurumsal uygulamalarda yaygınlaşmaktadır.

KORMAS A.Ş. olarak, 2022 Stratejik Planımız’ın bir parçası olan “Sürdürülebilir bir dünya ve temiz bir gelecek için çevreye duyarlı, doğaya saygılı çözümler üretmek” amacımıza uygun olarak yürüttüğümüz çalışmalar doğrultusunda, 12/07/2019 tarihli ve 30829 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe giren Sıfır Atık Yönetmeliğince Sıfır Atık Yönetim Sistemi‘ni kurarak “Sıfır Atık Belge” mizi almaya hak kazandığımızı paylaşmaktan mutluluk duyarız.

Bu sayede, sadece 1000 kg’lık kâğıt atığın geri dönüşümünde dahi atmosfere 177 kg lık sera gazı salınımını azaltmış,17 adet ağacı kurtarmış ve 4100 Kwh enerjiden tasarruf etmiş olacağız.
